For example, how do you help the people who have the decision making authority to focus on the right problems? These people are often the busiest people in the world so they lack the time to go through this kind of thinking, they need comprehensive, relevant data, they need focus, and they need to know what choices they have available to them. The question I keep asking myself is how can we accelerate our way through these techniques faster and more iteratively
